Our products are downloadable digital files. Because access is normally provided immediately, digital purchases are generally non-returnable once a file has been downloaded or accessed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

When we will help

Contact us if you received the wrong file, the download is corrupted, the product materially differs from its listing, or you were charged more than once. We may replace the file, correct access or issue an appropriate refund after reviewing the order.

Before purchasing

Please review the plan dimensions, included drawings, file formats, license and professional-review disclaimer on the product page. A change of mind, local permit refusal or incompatibility with a site is normally not a defect in a stock plan.

Submit requests through the Contact page and include the order number and product name. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
