What do I receive after purchase?

You receive the downloadable files listed on the product page. Packages may differ, so review the “What’s Included” section before ordering.

Are these physical products?

No. Our house plans are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped by mail.

Are the plans permit-ready?

Unless explicitly stated, the plans are stock architectural or concept drawings and are not engineer-stamped. Local review and adaptation may be required.

Which measurements are included?

Each product page states whether the files use metric dimensions, imperial dimensions or both.

Can I modify a plan?

A local design or building professional can usually adapt a stock plan. Check the license supplied with the product before sharing or modifying files.

Can I resell or redistribute the files?

No. A purchase grants the license described with the product; copyright and redistribution rights are not transferred.
