Digital products

The Houses Plans sells downloadable stock architectural and concept plan files. No physical goods are shipped unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

License

Unless a product-specific license states otherwise, purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for one project. Files may not be resold, redistributed, published, shared publicly or used to create competing plan products.

Professional and regulatory review

Plans are not site-specific, engineer-stamped or guaranteed to satisfy local codes or permit requirements unless explicitly stated. The customer is responsible for local professional review, structural design, site conditions, utilities, zoning, permits and construction safety.

Pricing, payment and delivery

Prices and included files are those shown at checkout. Digital access is normally provided after successful payment. Taxes may be collected where required.

Refunds

The Digital Product Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, use of a stock plan and all site-specific construction decisions remain the customer’s responsibility. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
